Frankly, this is many times in a row its taken an excessive amount of time to simply perform and oil change and tire rotation. I booked an appointment at 1:00 each time (rather than the am) to get in and out in under an hour. I made that expectation clear when I called prior to the service this time. Yet it still took almost 1.5 hours to perform this service.

I made it clear to them that my right front seat rattles when I picked up the truck they told me they address it as soon as I got in the car, any slight bump I hit it rattles so that means they never checked it. But they make sure they sold me all the other products besides the oil change, which I agreed to, and I think that was the only thing that the dealership was interested in. Very disappointed.

I purchased a service maintenance packet at time of leasing. I was not informed that the packet only had 3 oil changes for the time of the lease. I went for service on 9/11 and was told that I had use up all the oil change and I would need to pay for the oil change of $275. I was not told on my last oil change that it was the last one and would need to pay on my upcoming oil change. They also did not check to see that they did not use my first oil change and then told me it was expired when they are the one that did use it as the first oil change. After going back and forth at the end I was able to get my oil change by honoring my GMC first oil change. Also spilling oil on my engine and giving back my truck with oil smell that I had to smell for over 1 week with further embarrassment to the service team by telling me that the tech was 2 short to reach the hole. WOW.
